4 pounds beef bones

with marrow

4 carrots chopped

4 celery stalks

2 medium onions,

peel on and

quartered

4 garlic cloves, peel

on and smashed

1 tsp salt

1 tsp whole peppercorns

2 bay leaves

3 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary

5-6 sprigs parsley

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

12-20 cups cold water

Place all into a crockpot and cook on low heat 24-38 hours. Allow to cool and strain. Use within a week or freeze. Add to any meals that require liquid such as soups, stir fries, gravies, or drink it daily.
