Where are we located:

We are located in Christchurch, New Zealand. To view our products in person please contact us to arrange a time to see us.

School Holidays:

Please expect some delays during school holidays. We will keep you updated.

Hours:

Our hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 2.30pm. We will do our best to respond to emails and queries during this time.

Delivery time frames:

Orders are shipped daily, please allow 1-2 days for processing. While we do our best to process and ship orders the same day they are placed it will depend on our courier pick up times. Please note that during sales or public holidays processing and delivery times may vary.

Shipping costs:

New Zealand Nationwide delivery: $6 nationwide metro, $10 nationwide rural sent via courier 2 working days. Free delivery on orders over $100 New Zealand only.

Australia delivery: $15 4-7 working days.

World Wide delivery: $15 approx 7-10 days.

Disclaimer: While we do our best to meet delivery times there are from time to time factors outside of our control. The estimated time of arrival is an estimate and can vary. Your order will be shipped to the shipping address provided so please check carefully that the details you have provided us are correct. If you pay with pay pal please check these details have the correct shipping address.

Import and duty fees: 

International orders may incur import, tariff,  duty fees, or similar. These charges may vary depending on your countries guidelines and are to be paid by you the consumer.

Zero Waste:

We are working hard towards a more zero waste business. We have phased out 99% use of courier bags however there is on occasion we may need to send in a courier bag. Products are sent in the original packaging our suppliers send the product to us in. We are more than happy to post most products to you removed from its packaging but please be aware that once we remove the packaging we have a no refund/exchange policy. Please contact us should you wish to have 100% zero waste packaging and we will do what we can.

In our transition to supplying zero waste shipping I am sure you can appreciate the huge expense. We are still a work in progress and are working hard towards this goals.

Pre-orders:

Pre-order means the product is not currently in stock and will be dispatched as soon it as we receive it. Pre-order items will have an estimated time of dispatch and delivery, this is not an exact date and may vary from times give due to factors outside our control. If you order other products with a pre-order product then all products will be sent when the pre-order item arrives. If you would like your other items sooner then please place a separate order.
