What is a professional organizer?
It is someone that can help you turn clutter and chaos into a functional space for you and your family. I can help you work through your rooms in a non judgement way to identify what is functioning well and which areas you would like to address.
Why pay for someone to help de clutter and organize your home?
It can be so overwhelming to work out even where to start the de clutter and organizing process. Especially when there is an emotional attachment to items. I can help you work through items and functional storage ideas to help you maintain and easily keep on top of your space. A cluttered house = a cluttered and stressed mind.

Will you make me get rid of stuff?
Absolutely not, If your goal is to de clutter we can help you do that. If you would just like to have more organization for your belongings then that I can also help with that. I wont make you feel like you have to get rid of anything you own!!
Do I need to go out and buy new storage containers?
No, not straight away. My philosophy is to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Most of the time once you have gone through the sorting process of Keep, Donate you will find you will have extra storage options that can be reused. Before bringing more items into your home lets see what you have that we can work with first. It doesn't need to be an expensive exercise so I encourage holding off on purchasing anything until we have worked through your space.
Where do I start?
You can book a 30 min no obligation appointment. I can come to your home and we can chat through your lifestyle needs, goals, outcomes, rooms you would like to focus on. I can write up a plan and a quote and can work at a jump all in and get it done approach or small steps. The process is entirely up to you and I can work at a pace that suits you. The idea is to minimize your stress not add to it.
How long will it take?
This will vary greatly depending on how many rooms you would like done, your end goal and if you are wanting to be a part of the process and work with me or prefer I come in and work alone.
How much do you cost?
I work on an hourly rate with a minimum of 2 hours.
$45 per hour for organizing and de cluttering
Depending where in Christchurch you are based I may charge a travel fee for outside of the main city.
