What Are Period Pants?

Menstrual undies, knickers, pants, underwear are just like your normal underwear but with absorbent and leak proof fabric sewn into the crotch to provide protection against leaks. They enable you to free bleed without using any other products.

The layers of absorbency draw away moisture, reduce smells and bacteria. You put them on as normal, and then change the whole underwear instead of changing your pad/cup/tampon.

Once used, they get washed and dried like your normal knickers.
