Oatstraw: traditionally used to relieve headachs and fatigue working to nourish the nervous system
Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon steeped in hot water 3 x per day.
Caution: Do not take during the first trimester, maybe taken from the 2nd trimester through to postpartum. Don not exceed the recommended dose.
